Donations and refund policy
All donations and payments made on this website are final and cannot be reversed for any reason.
The funds donated in good will have been entrusted to Fair Life Africa Foundation to manage for the sake of our beneficiaries. If you are a regular giver, like a child sponsor or big brother, you will receive regular reports from us about how your donations have been used. Those who donate to support The Spring Initiative are also kept informed through the bi-annual reports we publish and any quarterly reports on ongoing cases via https://bit.ly/thespringinitiative.
In the case of unfulfilled campaigns, the funds raised will go to the beneficiaries the funds were raised for, or if deceased, the funds will be distributed to beneficiaries similar to them.
